 To be eligible:

• Read  the Victim Impact Statement. (For your convenience, you can print the PDF.)

• After reading, write an essay in the language that best allows you to express your thoughts (English or Polish) on the topic: "What thoughts crossed my mind as I read the VIS, what conclusions did I reach, and what decisions did I make?"

•  Read a brief biography of Katriona Koziara and, using this information, answer the following question on new page of your essay: "How did music and dance impact me during the most difficult time in my life?"

• Complete the application below and upload the written essay by Friday, May 31st.
